The Series 6 exam is also referred to as the Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Qualification Examination. Those who pass the exam are certified to become investment company and variable contracts products representatives. A Series 6 license certifies holders to pursue jobs such as financial advisors, investment advisors, and private bankers. A Series 6 class can help you to prepare by familiarizing you with the content and structure of the exam. Below is an overview of the structure of the Series 6 exam:

Series 6 courses take place online. Our Live Learning Platform allows you to meet for Series 6 classes from anywhere with an internet connection. Because commuting to meetings can make accessing private tutoring more difficult for some people, we offer our Live Learning Platform as a way for more people to experience Series 6 prep courses. When you register for a Series 6 prep course, we will connect you to a tutor who meets your availability as well as possible.
During a Series 6 prep class, you receive one-on-one attention from a skilled tutor. Your instructor can take time to help you make the most of your Series 6 prep course by attending to your learning style and giving helpful feedback. You can listen to expert lectures, watch video lessons that explain key concepts, read materials relevant to the content of the exam, or practice skills that the exam tests in Series 6 prep classes. Throughout any or all of these activities, you and your tutor can talk through what you are learning to help you absorb and process the information as well as possible. The feedback and focus on your learning style can help you to develop effective habits and confidence as you approach the exam.
Also, you are able to work with your Series 6 prep course instructor to develop a study plan for your time. You can do a little bit of study in a variety of areas of the exam, or you can focus on a couple of parts of the exam in greater depth. This flexibility stems from the fact that you are not required to work through an assigned syllabus in Series 6 prep courses.
