  • Vanilla protein powder – can use plant-based protein powders if desired,
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Dark chocolate chips – alternatively can use semi-sweet, milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
  • Optional add ins – peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter, other nut butters, brown sugar, greek yogurt, etc.

HOW TO MAKE

  1. In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the cottage cheese mixture to a medium bowl. Then add the almond flour, protein powder and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until combined and desired consistency is achieved.
